- Staff Details: Collected exclusively so the shop owner can properly manage their shop and services.
- Ratings & Reviews: Collected directly from users to maintain a transparent and trustworthy app rating system.
- Timings, Off-days & Active Status: Essential to prevent customers from booking during closed hours or emergency unavailability.
- Personal Info & FCM Tokens: Phone numbers for emergency booking coordination, and device tokens for real-time booking alerts.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is strictly used to facilitate the connection between you and the salon professionals.
- Your Name and Phone Number are shared ONLY with the specific salon AFTER a booking is successfully confirmed for coordination.
- We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing companies.
3. Data Security
All data transferred between your device and our servers is encrypted using standard security protocols (HTTPS/SSL). Passwords are securely hashed before storage.
4. Account Deletion
You have the full right to request the deletion of your account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently erased from our active databases, except for transactional history required for legal and tax compliance.

6. Data Moderation & Account Suspension

Associated data will be securely retained for legal compliance and reporting to cyber authorities if necessary.
